GESINF was founded as a company specialized in providing consulting and data processing services in the accounting, social security, and insurance areas, both for Public Administration and private organizations. More than 14 years of experience in this activity have made it possible to develop an extremely efficient organization, capable of supporting any requirement related to data processing services and "turnkey" outsourced management of data processing centers with complex administrative issues and significant data entry workloads.
Among the important aspects of the GESINF offering in the field of outsourcing and data processing services are those related to the reliability of the IT system and the presence of security procedures ensuring the confidentiality of stored information.
The GESINF information system is currently hosted in a Server Farm with redundant systems. The server farm is protected by a perimeter fire protection and intrusion prevention system, in a reinforced environment with remote alarm anti-theft protection.
The internal IT system provides maximum levels of protection against unauthorized access, both internally and externally, and only authorized personnel can access confidential data, in compliance with legislation regarding the management of electronic archives.
All the above precautions, required for many of the data processing and outsourcing management activities carried out by GESINF, provide guarantees both regarding data processing confidentiality and service continuity.
Among the most significant projects are the management of the special fund 015 and the member consultation portal of ENPAF (National Association for Pharmaceutical Assistance and Welfare).

Payroll and Contribution Processing Services

Among GESINF's other areas of specialization, one of the company's first activities since its foundation, is the provision of consulting and data processing services in the payroll area and, more generally, pension funds. More than 18 years of experience in this activity have enabled the development of an efficient organization, capable of supporting every requirement related to data processing services and "turnkey" outsourced management, even for organizations with complex administrative issues and significant data entry workloads.
The current payroll processing system is based on a dual platform: a widely used software package on the market (INAZ), to which GESINF has integrated a library of its own management and data extraction functions, called AIPAC. This solution is designed to guarantee maximum system reliability, which the packaged software provides with low maintenance costs, while at the same time ensuring maximum flexibility in managing and extracting information, which can be highly customized for individual clients. Thanks to this infrastructure, GESINF is currently highly competitive in processing large volumes of payslips, even with significant statistical requirements.

In general terms, the service delivery methods consider the following objectives:

  1. Relieve the organization of the greatest possible number of tasks related to payroll/pension management and related administrative and logistical activities, minimizing the workload of internal staff and technical training requirements.
  2. Ensure timely fulfilment of obligations related to payroll matters, both towards the organization's personnel and from regulatory, tax, social security, and welfare perspectives.
  3. Allow the organization real-time access to information contained in the various systems involved, both for control purposes and for obtaining official and service reports related to accounting and administrative reporting requirements, cost analysis, and current and future statistical analysis.
  4. Safeguard service continuity through the use of highly reliable IT technologies, logistical resources, and personnel.

These objectives are achieved through the provision of the following services, carried out entirely or partially at the client's premises and with GESINF resources:
