Custom management solutions, packaged solutions, and ERP systems

GESINF’s offering regarding accounting systems for public administration and similar organizations, on which the company bases its institutional mission, includes both applications developed to meet the specific needs of individual entities and packaged products, i.e., ready to use.

This second category includes the CPSLite software, in versions for DPR97/2003 and former DPR 696/79, and the FUDLite software for the simplified management of peripheral organizations. When the needs of the entity go beyond accounting management and require the creation of a full ERP system, the TEAM platform is proposed in its various available configurations.

These solutions are complemented by the possibility of designing and developing applications for specific requirements, integrated, connected, or standalone with respect to ready-to-use solutions. This category includes web-based extensions developed for the remote management of peripheral offices within the TEAM platform, as well as software tools for maintaining the subscriber database for social security institutions. What all the developed solutions have in common is GESINF’s in-depth knowledge of accounting and administrative issues across every sector of public administration. This expertise allows the company to develop software starting from a thorough analysis of the theoretical and practical aspects of the various subject areas involved. This knowledge, combined with extensive hands-on experience, has enabled GESINF to successfully complete projects where previous initiatives had failed, particularly in the analysis of requirements and functionalities even before addressing technical and technological aspects.

It is indeed undeniable that a good software solution begins with an excellent understanding of the subject matter, which allows focus on the key aspects of analysis and design, in order to achieve an architecture capable not only of addressing direct management needs but also of guiding its evolutionary cycle and preventing inconsistencies in terms of data organization and information flows.
